Accommodation at AVAREST is by reservation only. We welcome your enquiries.

Reservations are secured by payment of a deposit of 25%, either by cheque or credit card.

Cancellation Policy: Because of our intimate size any cancellation affects us significantly, therefore we adhere strictly to our cancellation policy.

Within 30 days of arrival 25% charge
Within 14 days of arrival 50% charge
Within 72 hours of arrival 75% charge

In any case, if the cancelled accommodation is successfully relet, we will refund any payment made.
